SPRING LAKE, Michigan – Garrison® Dental Solutions, the global leader in sectional matrix systems used for Class II composite restorations, is pleased to introduce a new line of non-stick sectional matrix bands: the Composi-Tight 3D Fusion™ Full Curve Matrix Bands.
 
A greatly-improved, non-stick matrix band that wraps further around the tooth, with a tab to aid in placement.
 
The Composi-Tight® 3D Fusion™ Full Curve Matrix Bands has an innovative design featuring a more radical curvature that allows the band to wrap further around the tooth, staying out of the clinician’s way during the restorative procedure.  Further, placement is significantly improved with the new Grab-Tab™, providing excellent control with any placement instrument.  In addition, the new matrices are coated with Garrison’s proprietary SlickBands™ non-stick coating.  According to internal data, this non-stick coating reduces the adhesion of bonding agents and composites by 92%, ensuring that the bands will slide right out regardless of the procedure.  Finally, the dead-soft bands include improved subgingival extensions and added length, which are specifically designed to improve results on more challenging restorations.
 
The Composi-Tight® 3D Fusion™ Full Curve Matrix Bands work in concert with a sectional matrix system.  The bands effectively enable the practitioner to complete their restorative procedure, resulting in an improved clinical outcome.  The bands are available in an assortment kit as well as a range of five sizes:  Pedo/Bicuspid, Pedo/Bicuspid w/sub-gingival extension, Molar, Tall Molar, and Tall Molar w/sub-gingival extension.
