We are seeking an outstanding sales professional to boost the performance of our inside direct sales team.
In winning this role, you will have full responsibility for achieving targeted growth for your territory within the U.S. market. You will be based at our corporate office and will report directly to the Director of North America Sales.
As the ideal candidate, you will excel in making outbound calls to dental practices, both existing and prospective customers, and connecting with the person making the buying decision. You will then apply superior communication skills to listen, inform, persuade and close on the sale. These are unscripted calls, which vary depending on each customer’s expressed needs and purchasing history.
You will also take inbound calls with a focus on cross-selling and up-selling. You will ensure customer information in our CRM database is accurate and complete, by updating customer profiles during the call process. You will travel occasionally to dental trade shows and educational seminars, which are attended by dentists, and achieve the sales goals established for each such event.
